Terms and conditions of business:

75% Non-Refundable Deposit is required at time of the order. The balance on collection.
No credit is given under any circumstances.
Any specialist fabrics, accessories or other haberdashery must be paid for in full at the time of the order and is non-refundable.
On ordering you will be given an expected completion date.
Normal Service: Orders not requiring specialist materials or repeat fittings will take 20 working days (Mon-Fri)
Express Service: If you required a designed and tailored garment to be completed in less than 20 working days (Mon-Fri), this will cost an additional £20:00 payable at the time of ordering.
Super Express Service: Orders required in not less than 7 working days (Mon-Fri) will cost an additional £40:00 payable at time of order.
Completed orders will be held for up to 14 working days. If not collected within this time the store may dispose of it and any off-cuts as they see fit..
Please check your garment before leaving the store as damage, or discrepancies in size, style or material cannot be rectified after leaving.
